Service & Support: uninterrupted solar power plant generation and ongoing technical support

We give you confidence that your equipment will keep working today, tomorrow, and for years to come. We carry out technical audits to prevent problems before they arise.

Чому це важливо

A solar power plant consists of several technical components, each of which requires regular maintenance. These include solar panels, inverters, the mounting structure (the special brackets that hold the equipment in place), and batteries.

Even when installation is flawless and the system runs perfectly, external factors still come into play — weather conditions (rain, snow, strong wind), dirt build-up on surfaces, and mechanical damage.

All of this can reduce output by 5-25% — and that's the best-case scenario. In the worst case, moisture or dust can trigger a short circuit and fire on site.

To prevent a single fault from taking down the entire system, timely service and maintenance are essential. Inspecting or replacing certain components (cables, connectors, etc.) prevents overheating and minimizes serious risks.

Regular servicing also significantly extends the service life of a solar power plant. On average it lasts 25-30 years, and with regular audits it can last even longer.

We recommend servicing solar power plants 1-2 times a year, and additionally calling in a team of specialists for a technical audit after severe weather: snowfall, hail, heavy rain, or gale-force wind.

Що входить у послугу

Our company's service and maintenance process consists of several stages:

01

Visual Audit

The team inspects the solar power plant for mechanical damage: signs of overheating, scratches, chips, and other defects. After this initial inspection, specialists identify the visible issues that are, so to speak, "on the surface."

02

Cleaning

It's simple — the team removes dirt, dust, leaves, bird droppings, and anything else that could reduce output from the solar panels and auxiliary equipment.

03

Connection Inspection

At this stage, specialists check that insulation is intact and that there's no overheating or risk of short-circuiting at the connection points.

04

Inverter Check

This is a separate stage of the audit, since the inverter serves as the main link connecting the entire system. It converts direct current into alternating current, allowing electrical appliances in your home or office to run as if from the regular grid.

05

Measurements

Our team of specialists measures voltage and output power on site, testing and verifying generation. At this stage we determine what percentage of capacity the system is operating at and whether it's performing its function fully.

06

Protection System Audit

Here we check the grounding and verify that the surge protection elements, circuit breakers, and fuses are all functioning properly.

07

Actual vs. Planned Generation

The team measures and compares the solar power plant's actual output against the figures determined during design calculations. If generation is below 100%, our specialists find and fix the problem.

08

Monitoring Systems

As the final step of service, we check the monitoring system. We verify how accurately the system relays data to the consumer and whether it displays statistics correctly. The key is making sure the owner can track the plant's performance, has full access to the data, and can monitor it independently at any time.

After a detailed system service, we prepare a document that clearly records the results of the inspection.

Чому саме ми

  • We work officially with the manufacturers of the equipment we supply. This means we provide customers with a manufacturer's warranty they can use at authorized service centers.
  • We have our own in-house staff, not intermediaries. You deal with them directly, so issues get resolved much faster.
  • We've equipped our teams with all the technical tools needed for inspections: modern thermal imaging cameras, laptops or tablets for monitoring, and tools for electrical work and cleaning.
  • At the end of the service visit, we prepare a detailed report covering every detail. We also take care of fixing any issues ourselves.

Питання та відповіді

How often should service and maintenance be performed?

We recommend at least once a year, though ideally every 6 months for complete peace of mind. After severe weather, or if there was a risk of physical damage, you should call in specialists outside the regular maintenance schedule.

What are the risks of servicing a solar power plant yourself?

There are quite a few, which is why we don't recommend attempting self-diagnosis. For example, careless handling of cables or an incompletely de-energized system can result in an electric shock. If you accidentally cause physical damage, you'll void the equipment warranty. Without specialized measuring instruments, it's also extremely difficult to identify a hidden problem — not to mention the risk of falling from height if the panels are mounted on a roof.

What should I do if a problem occurs after the warranty has expired?

If you're our customer, simply contact us directly and we'll send out our service team. Our specialists will determine which part or component needs to be replaced. You place the order — we deliver and install it.
