Services: Uninterrupted power generation Solar power plants and ongoing technical support

We give you the confidence that your equipment will work today, tomorrow, and always. We conduct technical audits
to prevent problems before they arise.

Why is this important?

A solar power plant consists of several technical components, each of which requires maintenance. These include solar panels, inverters, mounting structures (special brackets that support the equipment), and batteries.

Even when the installation is flawless and the system is working perfectly, it is important to consider the impact of external factors. For example, weather conditions (rain, snow, strong winds), dirt buildup on surfaces, and mechanical damage.

All of this can reduce power generation by 5–25%—and that’s in the best-case scenario. In the worst-case scenario, moisture or dust can cause a short circuit and a fire at the facility.

To prevent situations where a single malfunction could cause the entire system to fail, it is essential to perform maintenance on a regular basis. Inspecting or replacing certain components (cables, connectors, etc.) prevents overheating and minimizes serious risks.

Regular maintenance also significantly extends the service life of a solar power plant. On average, this is 25–30 years, and with regular inspections, it can be even longer.

We recommend servicing solar power plants 1–2 times a year. We also recommend calling in a team of specialists to conduct a technical inspection following severe weather conditions, such as snowfall, hail, heavy rain, or strong winds.

What's included in the service

Our company’s maintenance service consists of several stages:

01
Visual audit

The team inspects the SES for mechanical damage: signs of overheating, scratches, chips, and other defects. After the initial inspection, the specialists identify visible problems—those that are, so to speak, “on the surface.”

02
Очищення

Тут все просто – бригада прибирає з сонячних панелей та допоміжного обладнання забруднення, пил, листя, пташиний послід, одним словом все, що може знижувати генерацію.

03
Connection Monitoring

Спеціалісти на цьому етапі перевіряють, чи не порушена ізоляція, чи немає в місцях контакту перегріву чи вірогідності короткого замикання.

04
Перевірка інвертора

This is a separate stage of the audit, as the inverter serves as the central hub of the entire system. It converts direct current into alternating current, allowing electrical appliances in the home or office to run on standard mains power.

05
Measurement

A team of specialists on site measures voltage and output power, and tests and inspects the generation system. At this stage, they determine the system’s operational efficiency in percentage terms and whether it is functioning properly.

06
Security System Audit

Here, we check the grounding and verify that the surge protection devices, circuit breakers, and fuses are functioning properly.

07
Actual and planned generation

The team measures and compares the actual readings provided by the SES with those determined during calculations. If generation is not at 100%, the specialists identify and resolve the issue.

08
Monitoring systems

To conclude the service, we perform a final check of the monitoring system. We verify how accurately the system transmits data to the customer and whether it displays statistics correctly. The most important thing is that the owner is able to monitor the station’s operation, has full access to the data, and can track it independently in a timely manner.

Після детального сервісу системи складається документ, в якому чітко фіксують результати дослідження.

Questions and Answers

How often should maintenance be performed?

It is recommended to have this done at least once a year, but ideally every six months to ensure a good night’s sleep. After severe weather or if there is a risk of physical damage, you should call in specialists outside of the regular service schedule.

There are so many potential issues that it’s best not to attempt a DIY diagnosis. For example, careless handling of cables or failing to fully shut down the system can result in an electric shock. If you accidentally damage something physically, you’ll void the equipment’s warranty. Additionally, without specialized measuring instruments, it’s extremely difficult to identify hidden problems. Not to mention the risk of falling from a height if the panels are located on the roof of a building.

If you are one of our customers, please contact us directly, and we will send our service team. Our specialists will determine which part or component of the equipment needs to be replaced. You place the order, and we’ll deliver and install it.
