Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I don't understand solar power plants and similar equipment at all?

You don't need to figure it out on your own. Our specialists provide guidance at every stage, answer all your questions, and gather the necessary information for you.

How can I tell if my roof or another area is suitable for installing a solar power plant?

To find out, we carry out an initial audit with a site visit by one of our specialists. After inspecting the site, everything becomes clear. Based on our experience, a solar power plant can be installed on almost any roof or other open area. If conditions would complicate installation or raise safety concerns, the specialist will provide appropriate recommendations.

Can I get a choice of 2-3 solar power plant configuration options?

Yes, and you really should. Clients often aren't sure exactly what will suit them, so we offer several options. A technical manager will select different configurations that cover the customer's needs.

Will I get a detailed calculation of the solar power plant's efficiency?

Of course — that's exactly why we carry out the audit and create a project. You'll receive a calculated forecast of generation output, with a minimal margin of error for weather conditions.

Do you account for future increases in generation?

We can do that at the client's request. In principle, additional panels and inverters can be added to a solar power plant, and you can also purchase extra batteries to store energy.

What if I don't have the full amount to pay for the order at once?

Through our manager, you can apply for financing with one of our partner banks. We can also consider, on an individual basis, installing individual units gradually and paying for them in stages.

How long does installation take?

Depending on the complexity of the connection and the amount of equipment, installation can take anywhere from 1 hour to several days or even weeks.

Who carries out the installation work?

Our installation crews, who will come to your site. They are our in-house staff, not subcontractors — so all questions are resolved directly with us.

What should I do if problems arise during installation?

If our crew handled the installation, this is unlikely. However, if an unforeseen situation does occur, contact us — we'll come and fix it. If the problem is a factory defect in the equipment, we'll replace the part with a new one.

How often should maintenance be performed?

We recommend at least once a year, though ideally every 6 months for peace of mind. After bad weather or if there was a risk of physical damage, you should call in specialists outside the regular maintenance schedule.

What are the risks of servicing a solar power plant yourself?

There are quite a few, so it's better not to attempt self-diagnosis. For example, careless handling of cables or an incomplete system shutdown can result in an electric shock. If you accidentally cause physical damage, you'll void the equipment warranty. Also, without specialized measuring instruments, identifying a hidden problem is extremely difficult. And we haven't even mentioned the risk of falling from height if the panels are mounted on a roof.

What should I do if a problem arises after the warranty has expired?

If you're our client, contact us directly and we'll send our own crew. Our specialists will determine which part or component needs to be replaced. You place the order — we deliver and install it.

How does delivery work?

Delivery within Kyiv and the Kyiv region is calculated according to the carrier's rates. Loading and unloading of the selected equipment is paid separately. Within Ukraine, delivery follows the postal carrier's rates. Please also factor in the cost of packaging.
