Energy Modernization for Homeowners Associations — Reduce Your Building's Expenses with Government Support
Your own solar power plant for an apartment building means real savings on maintenance. Using your own power generation to run elevators, pumps, and lighting significantly cuts expenses from the homeowners association's budget — lowering residents' bills as a result. Thanks to government compensation programs, part of the equipment cost is covered by the fund, not the residents.
Advantages for your homeowners association with ЕКОТЕХ КО:
Help with compensation:
We prepare the entire technical document package required to receive government payments.
Direct equipment imports:
We work directly with top-tier European brands. This ensures the lowest possible price for your budget estimate, along with the certificates required by banks and funds.
Professional engineering calculations:
We take into account your building's specifics, elevator startup currents, and the condition of internal networks to ensure safe system operation.
Програма SvitloDIM for Kyiv and the region:
State compensation of up to 70% of the cost
Today, homeowners associations can take advantage of the most favorable terms yet for switching to their own power generation. Through the Energy Efficiency Fund, you can receive a grant that covers part of the equipment costs. Ecotech Ko handles all the technical support so your building can secure its payout.
How we help your homeowners association get a grant:
1. Professional energy audit:
We inspect the building's engineering systems and prepare the technical justification for the Fund.
2. Selection of certified equipment:
We use inverters and batteries (Deye, Sunwoda) that meet all the requirements of the SvitloDIM program.
3. Documentation support:
We compile the complete document package (passports, cost estimates, acts) for submitting the application and reporting on fund usage.
4. Turnkey installation:
We install the system so it runs at 100% capacity and passes inspection by regulatory authorities.
The loan amount depends on the number of floors:
The larger the building, the greater the possible funding amount.
up to 6 floors

* The quantity and specifications of the equipment are calculated individually based on the needs of the homeowners association and the system's capacity.
Savings every resident will feel
1. Noticeably lower bills for common-area electricity: solar energy fully covers lighting for stairwells, parking areas, and the surrounding grounds.
2. Independence during blackouts: the building keeps its lights, elevators, and water supply running during outages.
3. Increased property value: an apartment in an energy-independent building with solar panels and working elevators sells for 10-15% more on the real estate market.
We handle the bureaucracy for you
Technical inspection
We survey the roof and assess the electrical network.
Documentation support
We prepare the feasibility study (TEO) and the facility's technical passport for the Energy Efficiency Fund.
Installation and service
We install the equipment to program standards and provide ongoing warranty support.
Питання та відповіді
Who pays for the installation?
Initially, the homeowners association funds the project (using its own funds or a preferential loan), and once the work is complete, the Energy Efficiency Fund pays up to 70% compensation into the homeowners association's account.
Can panels be installed on a flat roof?
Yes, we use ballasted mounting systems. These are heavy supports that hold the panels securely in place without a single roof penetration, keeping it fully watertight.
Will there be enough power for the elevators?
We select industrial inverters with high peak output that start elevator motors easily, without any glitches.
What equipment is included in the program?
Inverters, batteries, solar panels
