It partially covers the cost of purchasing equipment for backup and autonomous power supply.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount of support ranges from 100,000 to 300,000 hryvnias, depending on the building&#8217;s characteristics, including the number of floors and entrances. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Funds received under the program can be used to purchase:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>generators;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inverters;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>batteries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>high-voltage battery control units;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>solar panels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The program&#8217;s main goal is to ensure uninterrupted operation of:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pumping equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>water supply systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>heating;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elevators;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emergency lighting;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>common areas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intercom systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-green-cyan-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application is submitted on behalf of all residents of the multi-apartment building. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following can submit the application directly:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>homeowners associations (OSBB);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>managers of multi-apartment buildings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>housing construction, housing, and service cooperatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicant is the head of the organization or an authorized representative whose information is listed in the Unified State Register. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications are submitted electronically through the \u201cDiia\u201d portal, where most data is verified automatically. However, missing documents or errors in the information may lead to delays or rejection of the request. We therefore recommend preparing in advance and double-checking all data and current documents to avoid unnecessary difficulties.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-green-cyan-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Steps for applying to the \u201cSvitloDIM\u201d program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">1. Check your authority and electronic signature<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before submitting your documents, make sure that:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the head or authorized representative is listed in the Unified State Register;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the organization has a valid qualified electronic signature (QES) or an advanced electronic signature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without an electronic signature, it will be impossible to submit and sign the application.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">2. Open a special bank account<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To participate in the program, you need to open a separate current account with a special usage regime. This can be opened at JSC \u201cOschadbank\u201d or other partner banks that join the program.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s important to remember that if one organization manages several buildings, a separate account must be opened and a separate application submitted for each one.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">3. Prepare a decision on equipment purchase<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basis for receiving assistance is an official decision to purchase equipment with state funding.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For homeowners associations, a decision by the board or general meeting is required. For property managers \u2014 a decision of the co-owners&#8217; meeting (unless the relevant authority is provided for in the management agreement). For cooperatives \u2014 a decision of the governing body or general meeting.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All documents are submitted as scanned copies or high-quality photographs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">4. Prepare information about the building<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following technical details of the building will be needed to complete the application:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>exact address;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of floors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of entrances;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>total area;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of apartments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of co-owners;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information on whether a boiler room is present.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will also need to prepare the building&#8217;s technical passport or a certificate from the local government confirming the number of floors.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">5. If a contract with them has already been signed, you&#8217;ll need to prepare:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the contract number and date;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supplier details;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>list of equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>its cost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delivery timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">6.
